Crab cream croquettes v(*3*)v

Ingredients: 1 canned crab(120g), canned white sauce 200g, 1/2 onion, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, salad oil, and black pepper.
Opened canned white sauce and mix with egg yolk. Seasones it with balck pepper.

Mince onion. Heat a pan with a tbls of salad oil, and cook minced onion well. Add two tbls of flour, and mix with white sauce and canned crab well.

Turn off the heat, and cool it down to remove remaining heat. Flat them into squared pat, wrap it tightly and make it cool in fridge at least for an hour (or more than 20 mins in freezer).

Take them out, devide them and roll bale shaped for each. Do usual process of fried food: sprinkle with flour, dip into beaten egg, and coat with panko. Deep fry them in 180c oil until golden brown.
When making roll, be prepared to put salad oil on hands beforehands...otherwise your hands will be like croquettes with thickened panko....v(*3*)v
