Soramame and shirmp and vegee (^0^)

Ingredients: horsebeans, shirmps, chicken breast fillet, leeks, ginger, pak choi, yellow pepper, and cloud ear mashroom.

Twist horsebeans and take inside out. Cut in edge a little of outside skin and cook them in boiling water with a tbls of salt for a min. Peel outside skin during hot.

Rehydrate cloud ear and boil chicken fillet in boiling water and shirmp separately.

Cut all vegees. Make seasonings with 60cc water, a tbls of chicken stock, sake and salt& black pepper.
Saute leeks and minced ginger with a tbls of salad oil until wilted. Add boiled chicken and shirmp first. Then, add vegees including cloud ear.

Add seasoning soup made beforehand and cook well. Salt and pepper as needed.
Soramame(horsebeans) are in season now, and rich in Vitamin B1, B2 and iron. It has also been discovered that has a soothing effect and low blood pressure as well.
