Suzuki-san & Kai-san o(^=^)o

I love this combination...."Suzuki-san and Kai-san"! Suzuki is sea-bass and Kai is actually Asari which is Japanese little clam.
Ingredients: Suzuki(can be swardfish), Asari, Asparagus, 1 tomato, Shimeji(mashroom), two cloves garlic, 3 tbls Japanese Sake and soy sauce.

Removing sand from Asari for 20-30 min. It is important because each Asari contains sand inside, so need take them out with not cold warter, but salt warter like sea warter. Heat pan with 1 garlic and olive oil. Bake fish until brown.

After wash Asari, add them into the pan, and tomato, mashroom and asparagus with salt and pepper, Japanese sake and 2 tbl spoon soy sauce. Put a lid on for 5-6 min...until shell open& soften.

Easy and very short time to make:-D Kai(Clams) such as Asari and Shijim are good for your liver. Very healthy!

Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic, minced chicken, 1carrot(cut into thin strips), 2 spring onions(finely chopped), 20-more rice wrappers, and 1 beaten egg.

First of all, heat 2 tablespoons oil on frying pan, add garlic and chicken. After that, add other vegitables such as carrot, spring onions.(you may add strips cabbage if you like!). Bake them until soften.

Turn off heat. Add salt, sugar, pepper and oyster sauce, stir to mix well and make them cool. Wrap them with rice paper wrappers, turn sides in first, roll and seal each with beaten egg.

Heat extra oil in frying pan. Deep fry a few rolls at a time until golden.
Serve on green vegitables like lettuce or garnished with mint.

Enjoy with sweet chili, or soy sauce with red pepper.
