Crab cream croquettes v(*3*)v


Ingredients: 1 canned crab(120g), canned white sauce 200g, 1/2 onion, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, salad oil, and black pepper.
Opened canned white sauce and mix with egg yolk. Seasones it with balck pepper.

Mince onion. Heat a pan with a tbls of salad oil, and cook minced onion well. Add two tbls of flour, and mix with white sauce and canned crab well.

Turn off the heat, and cool it down to remove remaining heat. Flat them into squared pat, wrap it tightly and make it cool in fridge at least for an hour (or more than 20 mins in freezer).

Take them out, devide them and roll bale shaped for each. Do usual process of fried food: sprinkle with flour, dip into beaten egg, and coat with panko. Deep fry them in 180c oil until golden brown.
When making roll, be prepared to put salad oil on hands beforehands...otherwise your hands will be like croquettes with thickened panko....v(*3*)v

Cheeeese-in meat balls (^3~)v


Easy to eat, and can be refrigerated storage for the time you are too busy to cook, or for one item of lunch box to make in the morning: to recommend cheese-in meat balls.
Ingredient: process cheese, ground meat 200g, onion 1/4, salad oil for deep fry, ketchup 1/2 cup, shire sauce, a cup of red wine, salt and pepper.

Minced onions well. Before mix with ground meat, season with salt&pepper and knead ground meat by hand very well, then mix with minced onion.

Make small balls. Don't forget to put process cheeze in it. If you want storage, put them into a plastic back at this stage.

Heat salad oil till 180c and fry them for a couple of mins and drain extra oil well.
In the mean time, heat read wine to allow alcohol to flame and cook out well, and then add ketchup and shire sauce with tasting. Finally put fried balls into this pan.
Men and women, young and old must love it!
